I would say the top 8 of your list is usually referred to as SAS Foundation products.
For stand-alone Base SAS installations, I think Enterprise Guide is included in the license, but it's not considered to be a part of Base SAS.
This is 9.4. When it comes to Viya 4, that's is a different story.
