Administration tab in SAS Environment Manager is not working

Hi,

We have SAS 9.4 M3 clustered grid environment and with Linux operating system.

Administration tab in SAS Environment Manager(2.5) Web application is not working with the error 

HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open JPA EntityManager for transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.PersistenceException: org.hibernate.TransactionException: JDBC begin failed:

Hi, 

We have seen some cases where the problem was related ton an incorrect password for adminowner.

If you want more information about that user, please check:
