There is a new hotfix for the Add-in version 2.1 available at:

http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/amo21.html

This package contains fixes for several customer reported issues. It's a cumulative package, complete with all of the Add-In 2.1 fixes that are available to date.
