SAS Add-In prevents me from Saving and/or Saving As in Excel

Several members of our team have noticed that when SAS Add_in is not disabled in Excel, they have trouble Saving and/or Saving As in Excel.  Note that these people are not using the SAS Add-In.  The problem is intermittent.  The problem goes away when the SAS Add-In is disabled.

Has anyone had this experience?  Thank you. -- George

• What version of MS Office is installed?
• Is Office and the SAS Add-in on their local computers or is it virtualized?
• What is the exact error message users receive when saving an Excel workbook fails?
