Hello,

I have an odd problem with several of our users with the add-in for Excel. When they tried to connect to the server, they do not get a prompt and nothing happens. It works for other MS Office apps such as Word and PP, just Excel that's behaving like this. Has anyone encountered this and what is the solution? I'm sure there's a setting somewhere that is out of sync.

Have openned track with tech support, however still have not received solution. Any ideas what may be causing this?
