I've created several Information Maps so that business users can easily import ( and refresh) the data in Excel. One Info. Map has just under 200 columns and there's a certain ordering of the columns that end users would prefer. I've tried to order the variables as I created the Maps but this ordering is not preserved when the users pull the data into an Excel spreadsheet.

I know a user can order the columns as the items from the Info. Map are selected but it would be nice if the default order is as they are in the Info. Map.

So, my question: Is it possible to preserve the order of the variables/colum when the Info. Map data is pulled into Excel ?

Thanks.
