Office 2010 compatibility?

My boss is being upgraded to Office2010 to address a chronic Outlook problem. Currently, that means his Add-in for MS Office won't be compatible.

When will that change? Does anyone know what he'll have to do (or wait for...) to use the MS Add-in once his Office products are the 2010 versions?

SAS Add-In 4.3 for Microsoft Office was just released, which supports Office 2010(32-bit version only), Office 2007, and Office 2003.
