Cannot export OLAP Views from SAS CPM to Excel

Hello,

I am using SAS Cost and Profitability Management. I have been able to export the OLAP Views to Excel before, but now it is suddenly greyed out (see picuture).

 I have tried recreating the cube, creating a new view, locking and unlocking the model without success. I have also looked everywhere in the documentation and tried searches to find out what causes this, but can't find the cause of this. Anyone here that can help me?

Just for clarification - what applications is the screen-shot from?
