I have following questions with regards to defining a constraint in PROC OPTMODEL procedure.

To keep the question simple, I have considered an example from the SAS/OR 9.2 Documentation (With Reference to Pg. 894 SAS/OR 9.2 User’s Guide Mathematical Programming).

Link for the document is as follows:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/ormpug/59679/PDF/default/ormpug.pdf

My Question is:

How can I include a constraint with a specific numeric values for the decision variable’s indices?

Say, Assign[1,1] = 1

Thank you

If I understand correctly, you want to fix some Assign variable to 1. You can use the FIX statement:

fix Assign[1,1] = 1;

Please refer to the example in page 716 for more details.
