How to wrap the x axis tick mark labels text in PROC template?

Since Axis options differ for Layout Overlay, Layout Overlay3d, Layout Lattice, Layout Overlayequated, and Layout Datalattice or Datapanel you should provide which Layout you are contemplating.

Look at TICKVALUEFITPOLICY=split and  TICKVALUESPLITCHAR

but not available everywhere.
