how do you supress a legend title?

I was able to suppress my legend title in SGPLOT using

keylegend /title=' ';

But, it leaves a blank space for the title.  I want no title at all and no space.

 

How can I do this? Thanks.

Make that TITLE = "" (no spaces between the quotes).
