plot residual*t=1/vref=0;

proc sgplot data=chocolate1;

scatter x=t y=z;
scatter x=t y=zhat;
band x=t lower = l95 upper=u95;

refline 49 / axis = x;
refline 0 / axis = y;

scatter x=t y=residual;

run;

This should get you started, though not exactly like above most likely.
