Unable to Open Graphics Device

Hi Experts,

i am running Greply script on SAS9.2 at the moment.

Do you guys know what is this Error suppose to means?
ERROR: Insufficient authorization to use c:\windows\system32\sasgraph.gif.
ERROR: Unable to open graphics device I/O.
ERROR: Unable to initialize graphics device.
ERROR: Driver SASGDGIF will not load.
