In my current project, detection of AESI (Adverse Event of Special Interest), transfusion of blood products is recorded on CRF. With IG V 3.4, which domain should it be mapped in SDTM? Any insight would be helpful.

Anything you don't know how to book could booked in FA domain. Or you could create a new dataset named SUPPAE,put in it .

As it is not a SAS question but a CDISC question you could consider Linkedin CDISC groups like: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/56393/, join a CDISC user group or looked into the Phuse website.
