Time Zone Map

Has anyone created a US or world time zone map in SAS and, if so, are you willing to share the code?

Thanks!  This will definitely get me started.  I actually need my map color-coded for another field so will modify the code to create dark boundaries at the time zone edges and label the zones (and hopefully place clocks over each zone) as requested.
