Standardization of US addresses

Is there are product or process within SAS where I can pass in a large list of addresses and have the correct address returned?

I have a large file with many issues with the addresses and I'm unable to use an API or anything online.  It all has to been done locally because of confidentiality issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you check out Data Flux Studio which contains standardisation processes for a wide variety of attributes including addresses, phone numbers and so on.
