I am displaying a stored process inside of an HTML block and displaying it in SAS Information Delivery Portal 4.2 M2 with a URL display portlet. I need to format the size of the display to be constant across monitor types.  SAS graphs display formatting based on inches.  I can format HTML table sizes using.

PUT "<Table width='850'>";

However pixels are relative sizes when used on different monitors.  When I use the standard html line.  PUT "<Table width='8in'>";

The command is ignored.

Mostly my HTML creates a number of dropdowns because I am using SAS 9.2 and Indicator dropdowns are not available in my version. I’m also using it to display a header, footer, links, and banner.
