SAS/Graph Window - 'Edit' menu option disappears

A co-worker recently installed v9.4 on a new Windows 7 computer. He created a graph and went to the SAS/Graph window to copy it like he's done with older versions. Now in v9.4, when he's in the SAS/Graph window, the 'Edit' option on the Menu bar disappears. He also tried doing ctrl-c and that didn't work either.

Any suggestions? Should I ask this in a different community? I wasn't sure where to put a Windowing question. Thanks.
