Hi All,
I cant add standard deviation to calculated median values.
WARNING: Limit bars can only be generated with the MEAN statistic. The LIMITS= option will be
ignored.
SAS prints this warning in the log.
Is there a way to overcome this issue and show SD with Median values?
My code:
proc sgplot data=test;
vline time / response=chg group=dose stat=median limitstat=stddev;
xaxis label= "Time ";
yaxis label="value";
run;

No.
You'd have to create some sort of custom calculation of median + standard deviation in a data step, and then plot that via SGPLOT or other
Standard Deviation is by definition calculated form a mean, not a median. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_deviation
