Patient profile graph for time from first dose Vs lab value counts

Hi All,

i would like to develop a graph.

x-axis: Time from first dose(in months)

y-axis:lab value counts

i need to generate a graph by each pid.

I have  varaible like pid, lab value(labval),duration of test(DurT), time for first dose in monts(tmto)
