Panel plot with broken Y and inset

Dear SAS people,

I need to create a panel plot with 4 subsidiary scatter plots with a broken Y axis.  I can use SGPLOT with the ODS LAYOUT, but am unable to insert a different Pearson correlation coefficient to each subfigure.  If I use SGPANEL, I can insert a different Pearson correlation coefficient to each subfigure, but am unable to use a broken Y axis.  

Please help!  I'm in an urgent demand.
