Hello,

 

I am trying to use the following commend to output Survial curve in SAS EG, but it did not work. May you help ? Thank you.

 

ods pdf file="/Mango/reports/Figure1_survival.pdf";
ods graphics on ;
proc lifetest data = ads  plots=survival(atrisk test);
time follow_up_months*event(0) ;
strata cohort / test = logrank ;
run ;

Thank you again, find the problem, the path is case sensitive. Should chang "mango" to "Mango" .

Did you include an

 

ods pdf close;

 

after the procedure? The Close instructions tells the ODS destination that SAS is done with the file and completes the task. Until then the destination file is incomplete and likely locked by SAS so that other applications such as a PDF viewer, cannot open the file or display the contents correctly.
