JMP 10 & JMP 12 crash on VMWare Virtual Desktop

Every time I try to create a Scatterplot 3D Graph - Surface Plot the application closes.  This happens even when using the sample data provided with the application.  I tried connecting to the session using my browser and directly using VMWare Horizon Client.  The only way it is successful, is when I Remote Desktop to the session.  This is not a viable solution.  Please help.
