How do I add p-values comparing two of five groups using this code? I have attached an illustration of what I would like to show. Thanks 🙂
proc sgplot data=oligo25_log;
vbox logX / category=gruppe;
run;
"logX" is my marker of interest and "gruppe" is the group variable (in my case there are five groups).
Best regards,
Magnus
I think you have to use PROC BOXPLOT with the ANNOTATE facility to create those types of p-values on your plots.
But why make your life difficult? Wouldn't a table of p-values (which is easily produced) suffice?
