Creating a hierarchical table from child-parent 2 columns

Col A and B goes like this:

Child|Parent

Transformer|MSB_A

MSB_A|SSB_A1

Transformer|MSB_B

MSB_B|SSB_B1

SSB_A1|DB_A1

SSB_B1|DB_B1

I want to create a table of this general structure (attached)

It looks that I kook for from proc Netdraw, but in tabular format
