Greetings,

I am trying to create a box plot to compare groups using SAS 9.4. I have been trying to get this code to work (it is from   SAS/STAT(R) 9.2 User's Guide, Second Edition.) However, when I plug the sas code into sas it produces a boxplot but no legend, and does not change the symbols for the different groups. There are no errors in the log. Looking for ideas on how I might get the legend and symbols to show up as they do in the example. Not sure if there are differences between versions or there is something else i'm missing...

Thank you,

Andrea

Delete from "symbol1" down and try the following code instead:

proc sgplot data=Times;

label Delay="Delay in Minutes";

vbox Delay / category=Day group=ncancel name="box";

keylegend "box" / title="Cancellations";

run;
