Box Plot

Could anyone tell me how to remove the whiskers from a box plot in SAS 8.2 TS2M0 (with Hot Fix 82BX09) ?

I also would like to know how to adjust the scale of the vertical axis that now goes from 0 to 50 (due to outliers) and have it instead go from 0 to 20.
