Bold the Boarder Frame of Sgpanel

I'm trying to customize the frame of sgpanel to make it more visably appealing.  I found out how to change the colors of the graph and boarder.  How can I bold the boarder frame text?  Is there a way to make the frame slightly bigger?  See attachment.
