100% Stacked Bar Line graph with secondary axis

Can you please send me the code or suggestions for 100%Stacked Bar line graph with secondary axis which should also include legends.

If your data has been pre-processed such that the values for each bar's stacked segments add up to 100, you can use v9.2's "proc gbarline" to eaily produce such a chart. It produces the 2nd axis, and the legends.
