I get this error: The following labels are not available here: tips and tricks
It would be good if when I start typing a list of valid labels would appear. I could literally try for years until I found an acceptable label.

Hi @Haydo,
Our labels are pre-defined, so members cannot add their own. The best option here is to add a tag to your post. Those can be added by members.

That's my point.
When I type in the field for labels nothing presents itself, so I am literally guessing what you pre-defined labels are.

@Haydo not all of the forums have pre-defined labels. The best example of the option to apply a pre-defined label is when you publish an article in the SAS Community Library. A list of labels is in the right nav. To apply a tag, you publish your post, then scroll to the bottom and click Add Tags:
To view tags you created, navigate to your profile (click your username in the upper-right corner), then My Settings > Taggings > Tags.

@anjkiuyt : read the article and act accordingly. Your post is clear proof that you did not read what @BeverlyBrown posted.
Post your question as a new topic in the Programming community; since this is clearly an exercise, show what you have tried already, so we can see any mistakes you might have made.
Do not post any further responses here!
