Visual Investigator - Workflow Task Pane - Assign Task new functionality

I see in Visual Investigator What's New for Stable Release 2022.1.3 (July 2022) that "Users and Administrators Can Assign a Workflow Task to Others". We recently installed 10.8 version in a Bank for a very extensive AML solution. But this 10.8 version seems not to have that functionality. In Task Pane we see "Claim Task" control, "Release Claim" control. But no "Assign Task" control. 

This functionality is very important for our solution. Do someone know what to do? Apparently we have latest Visual Investigator version. But it does not have Assign Task functionality mentioned in What's New July 2022 (and also in Adrministration and Users Guide). We are using Viya 3.5.

The functionality to allow users to assign workflow tasks to other users was added in the Viya 4 based version of SAS Visual Investigator and is not available in VI 10.8.  More details about the functionality can be found in the product documentation. Thank you again for your answer. This is a bad news for our project here. We really need that functionality and apparently it is not possible to install Viya new version. The bank here does not meet technical requirements. We are going to have to figure out a workaround. Any suggestion from the community will be very well received.  Thank you!
