Unable to Create a Network Diagram in SAS VI

Dear Team,

I am unable to create a network diagram as per my Alert and I want to see Licensee ID as a Licensee Code but I am getting '1234566774315mar2020'. 

Please suggest, 1.  how to create a network Diagram ?

2. How to create a unique Licensee ID as a Licensee Code ?

3. How to Enable the Aggregation Scenario in flows ?

In this Image, I ma getting Licensee Code Like this but i want to see only code, and there is no network diagram showing. how to create it.

How to Enable the Aggregation Scenario in flows 

 Aggregation Scenario is disable, how to enable it .
