Transaction doesn't work on SAS Visual Investigator

Hi there, I've been doing the configurations in SAS VI and I already have other transactions that work(when I put the network in the workspace they work fine!), in the other hand I have a transaction that doesn't work, checked the data and everything is working but when I try to show the link of the transaction in the workspace they don't appear.

Does anyone know about this problem?
