SAS ECM

Hi all,

I am working on SAS ECM. I wanted  to add values in ECM UI page.

When I open the SMR, I can see tabs below SMR. (like, SMR details, Part A, PArt B ....SMR History)

Now, I want to add a drop down value in the SMR status. and in the Notes tab, I wanted to make some changes.

Can anyone help me with this. And also how the ECM feilds are customised and how the value is appeared.
