Missing Enrichment Data || SAS VI 10.8 on Viya 3.5

Hi Everyone - 

I had a question, in some instances when alerts are triggered, the enrichment information is missing/blank in the end-user interface. I also took a look at the tdc_alert table in postgres and found that the "enrichment_json_doc" field is blank, and I am not sure why this is the case.

We enriched the Alerts on the Alert Grid Tab when defining a strategy.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
