Group restrcitions on the Custom Page - SAS Visual Investigator

Is there a way we can provide a Custom Page template group restrictions as we have it for Homepage (Attached in the screenshot)

In 10.6 you can do this using the new in page conditional behavior where you can hide or disable any control based on group membership.

Yes, 

You can provide the group restriction for new pages by providing  conditional access under page context view.
