Disposition an alert using REST API in SAS Visual Investigator 10.6

Hello Community,

Can we disposition an alert and create a case on the same using a REST API call? If yes, is there any REST API template available for the same?

Hi Dishen,

I believe that this can be done via our Alerts API.  However, the template for this would be based on the disposition you want to perform and the document (in your situation, the Case) that you are creating.  For more information on how to use this endpoint in your specific situation, it would be beneficial to open a track with SAS Technical Support that includes information about the disposition you want to apply (e.g. what user input the disposition requires) and information required to create your case.
