Hola a tod@s Estoy investigando sobre sereto estadístico y he leido que existen herrmientas en Redatam, R, y otros soft. Hay algo en el SAS?
Si no comenzaré  construir funciones para ello. 

Por ejemplo para el método "Técnicas de perturbación aleatoria" necesito crear valores aleatorios dentro de un rango.
