Freelance SAS developers in Brasil?

Hello,

first my apologies that this post is in English. I'm going to learn Portugese soon. Since I'm planning to 

immigrate to Brasil with my family in early 2023 I was wondering if there is an active community of SAS Freelancers in Brasil  I could join. I'm working as a freelance SAS Developer in Europe at the moment, but I'm planning to look for jobs worldwide.

I'd be greatfull for any advice you could provide.

For the last 11 years I did a lot of SAS Development for banks and insurance companies.

I'm a 

SAS Certified Specialist: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4

and

SAS Certified Professional: Advanced Programming Using SAS 9.4.
