what sas products required to create stored processes?

My organization has licenses for Base SAS & STAT & ACCESS. What other products are required to enable the creation of stored processes in Enterprise Guide? We are on SAS v9.4 and EG v6.1

The BI server that is working on top of SAS/Base (Foundation). It is an extension on SAS integration technologies as there is a metadataserver added using an objectspwaner.

By that there is move to Server-side processing an not local on your desktop.
