I have requested for SAS trial version of Visual Investigator. After I log in to SAS profile I see below message about proxy server setting. I am using firefox browser, please let me know exact steps that need to do to access SAS Visual Investigator app.

Hi @nbonda,
Chrome is the recommended browser for the SAS Trials. Do you have the ability to try to access the trial in a different browser? That would be the quickest test.
The second thing to test is, since it's complaining about DNS, try to substitute the host name with the ip address in the url:
$ ping pdcesx22010.sas.com Pinging vep.sas.com [149.173.5.187] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 149.173.5.187: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=62
Try https://149.173.5.187:80 as the url (assuming you need https vs http; you can try both).
If neither of those work, let reply here, and we can troubleshoot further.
