If you look at the link I provided, I have already checked the two references that they suggest.  

Plus, knowing VBA, if I was missing a reference I would get a 'user-defined type' error, not "class not registered".

Hmmm not entirely sure why the VB code isn't working. 

You might want to try the Microsoft Community site for VB code
