Use If condition in query builder

May i know how can i use if condition in Query builder?
My scenario is i want to create new column based on some conditions.
Can anyone help me step by step.?

Hi,

Because Query builder is based on SQL, therefore you'll need to use the CASE Statement for Conditional Processing.
