Dear all,

I am trying to connect to database using libname statement. I call this statement from secure macro. So I don't save password in code. My question is, can I mask password is the output of proc scaproc? Because we have all the credentials outputed there

proc scaproc;
      record "Result.txt";
run;

 proc scaproc;
       write;
run;

libname DataBase oracle user="XXX" password="XXX" path="XXX";

No, proc scaproc won't mask your credentials.

Here is a paper that i found that might help.
