Generally, you turn your Stored Process into a DI (Data Integration) Studio job and then schedule it with the LSF Scheduler. However, given the configuration and security issues involved in setting up the LSF Scheduler, this is a question that is best answered by Tech Support.
Here are some references for you on the issues of setting up and using the Scheduler. And the Platform Administration documentation will be of great assistance in this effort.
