We have a Python pipeline using facial recognition methods in SAS SWAT / Dlpy and the sascache continues to grow even after ending sessions and connections, which I believe is caused by the loading of the models.
We have a Python pipeline using facial recognition methods in SAS SWAT / Dlpy and the sascache continues increasing even after ending sessions and connections, which I believe is caused by the loading of the models like Resnet50. Should the SAS Viya Close all in memory tables after when I do disconnection and terminate sessions ?
Hi @BilaTheLegend,
I'm working on finding someone with knowledge on this matter. I'll let you know when I find something out.

Hi @BilaTheLegend,
The SME I corresponded with recommends opening a ticket with Tech Support.
They also asked for clarification on the term sascache. Do you mean CAS Disk Cache?
If you promoted your tables to share with others, the space used by CAS Disk Cache would not be released.
Thanks,
Joe
