Does anyone know how to build a Windows Client application by Delphi with SAS Integration Technologies, or know of a related technical guide or website?

I got "SAS9.4 Integration Technologies: Windows Client Developer's Guide", but it is mostly about VB, .NET, and the only mention of Delphi is in the language list.

What I want to do is
I want to access and extract SAS datasets from applications I create by Delphi, and execute sas code to process them.

First of all, horrible, horrible to be coding in Delphi. Switch to WPF at a minimum or, better yet, Blazor.

SAS datasets are ODBC compliant so use ODBC.

On SAS code submission, use the LanguageService object in IntTech. If you post code I can try and help you but I use C#. Anders created Delphi and created C# so same mentality. If you can switch, I urge you to make the change. C# is the change you need and Blazor is best bet IMO.

Thank you for pointing this out.

What do you mean by horrible?
That I'm trying to access SAS from Delphi? Or Delphi itself?

I would appreciate your frank opinion.

Also, I will consider the ODBC, including the configuration.

Indeed, I think it would be ideal to switch to C#, but it is difficult due to common resource issues.

I don't have Delphi examples but you might be able to put something together using these C# and PowerShell samples:

Thank you for introducing the sample even if it is in another language.
It is very helpful.
