where do i find sas advertising api jave coding examples it seems nothing's out there on google nor sas community?

Have you seen the Java Programming for SAS Viya resources at http://developer.sas.com? Have a look at https://developer.sas.com/guides/java.html and there are examples in the Getting Started with SAS Viya for Java.
