Hi, We are using stored procedures is SAS 9.2 and WRS 4.3 to generate reports. First, the multidimensional cubes have been generated from Oracle tables. Stored Process are used to generate required fields in proc rep.

User prompts are defined in EG which takes dynamic data from the oracle libraries. We are able to define hierarchical user prompts which takes data from Oracle tables.

However, when SG's are called from WRS, the dynamic hierarchical user prompts are not supported. The WRS does not display any screen.

Please suggest what could be the error. This is critical to our need pls.

I think by SG’s he means stored processes. When a report is generated through a stored process in WRS, the cascading prompts are not supported or the dependency is not read through WRS. I face the same issue and would really help if someone can throw some light.

I suggest that you open a track with our Technical Support department:

They are best able to help you in this case.
