Hi,

I have a URL display portlet which runs a storedprocess. When I log-in into the Portal an additional prompt of username and password appears. How do I remove the prompt? Is is even possible?

BTW, I'm Portal version is for 913.

Thanks!

Milton

Hi,

Not so sure about 9.1

but we did try this in 9.2 for STP's only using a guest account.

We used a direct url to the STP defining the _program _action _username & _password in the URL iteslf and it works fine.

You can look into it and see if it works for you.

Thank you it actually works!

Good thing also is that it doesn't override the value of the macro variable _METAUSER which I am using on my stored processes. That way I can retain the identitiy of the user which logged into the portal.
